Jaguar E-Type celebrates 50 years

As the Geneva motor show opens its doors to the press, it is quite apt that the Jaguar E-Type be honored by a new exhibition at the Design Museum in London, UK. Commemorating the iconic vehicle's 50th anniversary since it was first unveiled at the Swiss motoring exposition, the 'Tank' installation at the Design Museum has played host to many cars in the past, from the Model T Ford through to the Citroen C6, but none seem quite as fitting as the E-Type Jaguar. Possibly the most infamous car to come from Coventry, the E-Type is revered as a design classic and is still admired in droves to this day.

Audi RS3 (2012) gets extended production run

Audi's RS3 hot hatch is back from the dead. The 335bhp quattro Sportback's initial production run was limited to 500 cars for right-hand drive, but pent up demand has convinced Audi to build another 250.    You'll have to be quick though: the first batch sold out in just days after the car's Geneva motor show reveal, without ever officially going on sale. Tough new sentences for banned drivers

Newspress Disqualified drivers who cause death on the roads face lengthier sentences, under tough new measures introduced by the justice secretary, Chris Grayling. The changes - which are expected to come into force in early 2015 - include a new offence of causing serious injury while disqualified. Drivers convicted of this new offence can expect a four-year prison term.
